Privacy Policy
This policy explains how Auralis handles information when you use its Android app. The app is intended for adults aged 18 or over. For privacy questions or requests, contact vinrea9890@gmail.com.
Conversations are stored on your phone. When you request an AI reply, the message, relevant conversation context, and any image you choose for that request are transmitted to an external AI service to generate a response.
1. App records
Our core app records are your app-generated user ID, coin balance and activity, and membership or subscription status, including information needed to associate purchases with your entitlements. These records support access, purchases, balance updates, and purchase-related assistance. We do not ask for your real name, address, contacts, or precise location to use character conversations.
2. Information kept on your device
Conversation history, selected images, character preferences, skin selections, and other app settings are saved on your device for the features you use. They are not a general-purpose cloud archive. Device backups, where enabled, are governed by your device and backup provider settings. Local storage does not prevent the specific AI transmission described below.
3. AI requests and recipients
When you send a message, the configured AI connection uses OpenRouter and the model provider handling that request. Request content can include your current text, recent conversation messages, the character instructions, language context, and an image you deliberately attach. This is used to produce the reply, not to create a public post. The service receiving a network request can also receive technical connection information such as an IP address. Model routing may change, including fallback models.
Do not send sensitive information or another person’s private information. Provider retention and processing depend on the provider and configuration; we do not promise that external processing is entirely local or that providers retain nothing. See OpenRouter’s privacy policy. You can avoid AI transmission by not sending AI requests.
4. Purchases and subscriptions
Coin and subscription records are used to deliver purchased benefits, manage access, and investigate purchase issues. The payment provider processes payment credentials; the app does not need your full card details. If you purchase through Google Play, Google handles the payment under its policies. Only buy after reviewing the price, term, and benefits shown in the purchase confirmation.
5. Contact and support
If you contact us voluntarily, we receive your contact details and the information you include so we can respond. This is an exception to app-only data records, not a requirement to use the app. Do not send passwords, payment card numbers, or unnecessary conversation content.
6. Sharing and protection
Information is shared only as needed for the requested AI or payment service, support, legal obligations, or protection against misuse. We do not sell your personal information. Access and technical safeguards should be proportionate to the information processed, but no device or network transmission is guaranteed completely secure. Third-party service terms and safeguards must be reviewed before release; this policy does not certify unverified provider practices.
7. Retention and your choices
Local records remain until removed through available app controls, app data deletion, or uninstalling, subject to device backup behavior. Resetting data can remove conversations, the local user ID, coins, preferences, and locally stored entitlements; review the warning before resetting. Clearing local data does not cancel a store subscription or erase records held by payment or AI providers. Contact us to request access, correction, or deletion of information we hold, subject to applicable law and records that must be retained.
8. Adults only and changes
The service is not intended for anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided information, contact vinrea9890@gmail.com. Material changes to this policy will be reflected in the updated date and, when appropriate, an in-app notice. Privacy choices and rights may differ by jurisdiction.
